AcroVoice recommends the Sipura SPA-2000 Telephone Adapter. This device connects standard telephones to IP-based data networks like AcroVoice. We offer our customers traditional and enhanced communication services via your broadband connection to the Internet or Local Area Network (LAN). The SPA-2000 comes with 2 telephone ports. Each phone port can be independently provisioned by our AcroVoice software. In other words, you only require 1 adapter for every 2 telephones.

Just plug in the power supply, plug in your phone, and connect it to your broadband line. The Phone Adapter does the rest of the work automatically. You'll hear a dial tone and be ready to make calls in minutes.

AcroVoice uses the best equipment on the market. Each Phone Adapter is tested before it leaves our facilities, and your phone number is already stored on your device prior to shipping. This means your setup is easy and your calls will be of the highest quality.

Want to keep your existing telephone number?
In most cases, phone numbers from other local providers can be transferred to AcroVoice. However, there are certain types of numbers that cannot be transferred. Wireless phone numbers and telephone numbers associated with DSL service cannot be transferred. DSL service may be lost if the number is transferred.

If you would like to transfer your number for use on your AcroVoice Residential or Business VoIP Service, you must first establish service. Once your service is activated, contact AcroVoice Customer Service at (250) 391-7822 and they will assist you in the process.
